CARD PREP STEPS

TK's CARD PREP STEPS

1.  Find a 4x6 or 6x6 paper pad you like, preferably from that stylish stash you have stored.

2.  Find smooth or textured solid paper pads to use for sorting.

3.  Invite a favorite friend (or pet) to match one solid to one print and set aside.

4.  Search for at least 5 favorite card sketches (or create your own), with card measurements.

5.  Find your trimmer and your favorite music or Netflix.

6.  Cut the minutes (or hours) away, sorting pieces for each sketch and placing them in your final card
mailing envelope.  (Include a sketch drawing, if necessary, for occasional memory loss experienced).

7.  At the moment your "Big Magic" (from Elizabeth Gilbert's new book on creativity) hits your
noggin, begin inking, stamping sentiments, adhering parts, and popping up anything on your card
that is not glued down-to your heart's delight, of course.

8. Write from the heart to anyone who needs some attention today.

9.  Take a picture of the front of the card (we don't want our brains working too hard to remember).

10. The FINAL & MOST IMPORTANT STEP:
Mail completed card (with a stamp and address on it), to anyone that might need a boost or anyone
whom you really want to communicate with through old-fashioned "Snail Mail".

Please document your completed card and "name" in your bullet journal tracker or another planner.
ENJOY, and REMEMBER:  There are 365 days of GIVING----It is NEVER TOO LATE!
